Domains

The main domains used within talk about local are:

talkaboutlocal.org  the corporate site

talkaboutlocal.org.uk the customer training site

we also own .co.uk, .eu, .com &.info variants of the brand which are hosted by different providers but we are looking at ways of streamlining and migrating to one point.

As part of the pilot we have identified that there is some confusion over the .org & .org.uk sites with our clients and internally we often end up cross posting on both sites.  We are going to move to one single site that will cover both the corporate and training requirements of talk about local.

Website Design

We have entered in to an arrangement with Substrakt to provide a bespoke theme for the WordPress site which should be ready for deployment early in the new year.

Stats

We track visits and page views to the .org site using Google Analytical and the in-built WordPress stats.

We are not currently tracking the .org.uk site, as the sites are going to be merged in the near future we are not going to add analytics at this late stage.

We will endeavor to publish stats from the site.
